Sibling Discount: We will deduct $10 off monthly tuition per additional child/parent after one regular price child/parent is enrolled. *Tuition is paid on a month-to-month basis and is due your first class of every month.  If you are absent to the first class of the month you may pay online by credit card or mail your payment in advance to: 5548 Washington Pike, Knoxville, TN 37918
 
Tuition rates are for the full session (August-June, including studio holidays) not by the class. Tuition will not be pro rated for any reason. Tuition payments are non-refundable for any reason (illness, weather, holidays, etc.). There will be NO PRICE REDUCTIONS FOR classes not attended by students.
 
100% payment on all accounts each month is required. There will be absolutely no exceptions. If balance has not been paid by this time and arrangements have not been made with the director to pay at a later date you will be receiving a phone call from our collections department. Students with unpaid balances will be dropped from class. This is a business, and we have financial obligations to meet to keep the business operating. If student’s balances are not paid regularly and on time we cannot meet our obligations. This policy will be strictly enforced so please be timely with payments so that neither my staff nor myself are put in the uncomfortable position of having to call you, or dropping your child from their class because of non-payment.  Thank you for your understanding. –Talia Childers, Director 
 
If you must withdraw from a class, tuition fees will continue to be added to your account until the studio receives a written letter of withdrawal. There are NO refunds given for discontinued classes or missed classes for any reason.

We hope that each student will complete the year, but if a student should discontinue
a class a 30-day notice is required.  A WITHDRAWAL LETTER must be submitted to the
office by the 1st of the month to stop the next months charges to your account. 
Any withdrawal forms completed after the 1st  will be considered dated as the first of the next month.  Monthly tuition is computed on the entire school year and is the same each month, including those shortened by holiday's, etc. 
 
If a student withdraws after the fifth of the month, you are responsible for payment for
the remainder of the month. If a student registers mid month, you are responsible for
the whole month of tuition.  Holidays and snow days will not have rescheduled
make-up days. 
 
*There will be no exceptions under any circumstance.

Monthly tutition payments are due the 1st of every month. A late fee of $15.00 will be assessed for payments made after the 5th of the month. We at Backstage Dance Company understand that there are situations that may prevent you from paying on time; however, due to studio overhead and the number of students we have, we are unable to make exceptions on late payments. If you are unable to get your payment to the studio on time please feel free to mail a check, call or e-mail a credit card payment to dance@backstagedanceco.net, or enroll in monthly auto debit. We will process your payment and e-mail your receipt.
